Perry Farms is situated in the heart of the Mississippi Delta and offers some of the finest hunting opportunities in the state of Mississippi. Perry Farms offers outstanding deer, dove, and duck hunting, and has been featured on the Magnolia Outdoors television show. Perry Farms has 563 acres of private hunting land, and is conveniently located near several federal and state wildlife areas, such as Panther Swamp National Wildlife Refuge, Lake George Wildlife Management Area, Sunflower Wildlife Management Area, and Delta National Forest (please see map below).

From Jackson: Take Hwy 49 north to Bentonia, turn left on Hwy 433, cross Hwy 3 at Satartia. Continue across river and stay on Satartia Road. The Lake George Grocery will be on your left just before you reach Holly Bluff.
From Yazoo City: Take Hwy 3 south to Satartia, turn right on Satartia Road, cross river and continue west until you come to Lake George Grocery just before Holly Bluff.
From Vicksburg: Take Hwy 3 north to Satartia, turn left on Satartia Road, cross river and continue west until you come to Lake George Grocery just before Holly Bluff.
From Rollingfork: Take Hwy 16 east to Holly Bluff. At "T" intersection in middle of town, turn right onto Satartia Road (Hwy 16 turns left) and continue east towards Satartia. Lake George Grocery will be approximately 2 miles on your right.
